Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

Orders are processed between 3-5 business days and the shipping will begin after production, which will take an additional 2-5 days. All items are shipped within the USA via USPS. You will receive notification once your item is shipped. We do not refund shipping fees.

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. If your package is returned due to insufficient address, shipping charges will be applied to reship. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to USPS. If your tracking shows delivery of your package and you have not received it please follow the instructions below:

*Contact your local post office with your tracking number to inform them that you haven't received your order. 

*Once you have made contact with the post office and still haven't received your order you may file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

Please note there may be delays due to covid-19, weather, holiday, or delays with USPS that are out of our control. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
