KM&M Accessories Custom Product Return Policy

At KM&M Accessories, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness to the nature of our custom-made goods.

Non-Refundable Once in Production

Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order has entered the production process, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
We encourage all customers to review their orders carefully before submission.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

  • Once reviewed, we will replace the damaged or defective item


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Approved exchanges may be made for items of equal value

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid

  • No refunds will be issued for lower-priced exchanges


Pop-Up & In-Person Purchases

All sales made at pop-up shops or in-person events are considered final.
However, if there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.


Accessories Disclaimer (Hats, Charms, etc.)

Some items may include decorative elements such as charms or embellishments.

  • These are added for style and may be adjusted or removed for comfort

  • KM&M Accessories is not responsible for alterations made after purchase


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item is approved for replacement due to damage or defect, we will cover return shipping costs.
