At KM&M Accessories, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness to the nature of our custom-made goods.

Custom Product Return Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Once in Production: Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order has entered the production process, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photographic evidence of the damage or the defect. After review, we will  replace the damaged item.

  3. Returns and Exchanges: As our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us if there are any issues with the product you received.

  4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of a product being returned due to damage or defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
